My journey to Personal Training began in 2005 with a Sports Science degree following a love of sport and human biology. Read my 'Backstory' Blog post on life before personal training.

I pride myself on building strong relationships with clients to provide the best, most professional PT service. To date, my clients have experienced success with strength and size gains, weight loss, and improved performance with their sports.  Read more about clients here.

While, my professional ambitions include teaching human movement, weightlifting and functional movement patterns - to include bodybuilding.

Client Testimonials

Liv T.

"I started training with Rob around a year before my wedding in a bid to generally up my fitness, educate myself on different types of training and ultimately lose some of the stubborn fat around my hips/middle. Using a mixture of strength movements like deadlifts and higher intensity conditioning sets blending aerobic exercise with weights, my overall strength and fitness improved so much in the first few months. About 12 weeks before the wedding, Rob cranked up the pace and we started to train more often and with more intensity. Alongside our sessions in the gym, he provided me with workouts I could do on the go and at home as a I travel quite a bit with work. I was so pleased with the final results, losing around 7kg in total and I felt at my absolute best on my wedding day. I couldn't be more grateful to Rob for the endless patience, motivation and education along the way.
I have learnt so much from him, from different types of training and nutrition tips, all the way through to busting common fitness myths. Rob is so informed, flexible, energetic, fun, committed and inspirational…and I can’t recommend him enough!”
